Can Your Design Go On a Cap?

Many people think its easy to take their logo and put it on a shirt or hat.  However, there’s some hidden challenges.  Here are a few pointers to help get your design on a hat.

1. The design must be smaller than 2.25 inches tall
2. Designs with multiple borders around text rarely work well on hats.
3. Most hats today have a seam down the middle, this could cause certain text to fall into the seam.
4. Detailed designs with tight registration can be very tricky on hats.
